Job Description

RNRRESTAURANTS, seeks a Restaurant Manager to run their flagship store, Veg Salad Craft, located in the heart of downtown Eugene, Oregon.  We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and responsible manager to oversee all aspects of our daily restaurant operations.  As RM, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality guest and employee experience at Veg and will report directly to ownership.  Part of your responsibilities will include direct interaction servicing customers, working the line during busy periods, and prep/cooking responsibilities.  Veg Salad Craft operates Monday-Friday 10:30a—4p.  No weekends and no nights!!

RM-DUTIES

·       Takes ownership and responsibility for all aspects of daily restaurant operations

·       Manages employee scheduling

·       Ensures proper cash handling

·       Payroll management

·       Daily payroll/labor analysis

·       Ensures daily sanitation checklist is being competed

·       Issues corrective action when needed

·       Conducts bi-weekly inventory review

·       Manages employee review process

·       Works with vendors on promotions / marketing and advertising

·       Advises on and creates social media campaigns as needed

·       Manages hiring and termination

·       Ensures quality of all product sold

·       Ensures restaurant cleanliness and sanitation to the highest standard

·       Takes coaching, direction and advice from management and implements action items

·       Ensures high level of guest satisfaction

·       Oversees training of staff

·       Maintains sales projections with budget

·       Maintains safe and secure working environment for staff

·       Maintains all policies and procedures

·       Works line level shifts to ensure labor management

·       Responsible for restaurant passing all health department inspections

·       Other duties and responsibilities as directed

 

Qualifications-

Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

Ability to lift 50 pounds

High school diploma or equivalent
