Job Description
At Roseburg Y Swim Team, we are looking for a dedicated Swim Instructor who will lead our swimming programs and provide tailored lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. Ideal for students, this role requires a deep passion for swimming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedback
Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong behavior management skills
Experience in childcare or sports coaching
Passion for swimming and working with children
