Rogue Sharks is looking for Summer Swim Instructors in Ashland, OR to provide swim lessons

As a Swim Instructor at Rogue Sharks, we are seeking a dedicated individual to lead swimming programs and provide individual and group lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, have exceptional communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently looking for a motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Ashland, OR.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to students of various ages and abilities
• Create a safe and encouraging environment for all swimmers
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback and support as needed

Requirements
• Previous experience working with diverse students in an educational or instructional setting
• Proficient in multiple swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage behavior and handle tough situations with professionalism
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children is essential for success
