Swim Instructor Position at YMCA Grants Pass Swimming in Grants Pass, OR
Join our team at YMCA Grants Pass Swimming as a Swim Instructor and lead swimming programs tailored to children of all ages and skill levels. Ideal for students with a passion for swimming and inspiring young swimmers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Swim Instructor to help us create a safe and enjoyable learning environment for our community.
Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback
Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swim strokes
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong behavior management skills
