As a Swim Instructor at Redmond Aquatic Club, you will lead swimming programs and offer customized individual and group lessons to children of various age ranges and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who have a genuine love for swimming, strong communication abilities, and a knack for motivating young swimmers to develop a deep appreciation for the water. Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Swim Instructor to become part of our team in Redmond, OR.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, especially in educational or instructional settings
• Exceptional swimming skills and knowledge of different swim strokes and techniques
• Proficiency in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Effective behavior management abilities, capable of handling challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of working with children in a structured environment!
