Job Description
Are you a student with a passion for swimming and inspiring young learners? Join our team at Pendleton Swim Association in Pendleton, OR as a Swim Instructor! In this role, you will lead swimming programs, provide lessons to children of various ages and skill levels, and promote water safety. We are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to make a splash with our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, and creative teaching skills
Passion for swimming and working with children
