Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Assess student progress and offer feedback and support as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, especially in an educational or instructional role
• Proficiency in various swim strokes and techniques
• In-depth knowledge of water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management abilities for handling challenging situations professionally
• Previous experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
